Internal Quality parameters
The material being produced by us goes through quality checks at all stages, first test is performed at the time of indenting raw material from our store where it is ensured that the material being issued for production is fulfilling the specifications laid down by the buyers. Secondly, the same are checked at the fabrication floor for size, fittings and neatness of welding joints .Thirdly, These products are then powder coated where we check them for proper pre-treatment, fine finish, & proper baking to give it durability. Fourthly, the brandings are checked for proper printing confirming to the approved samples of the buyer and there proper fitting to the product. Lastly, these products are then checked at the packing level for proper protection to bear the burden of loading, transportation and unloading. Only after this we claim the products we offer have material strength, comply to specific size, and durability of these are assured by our seal on each pc. moving out of our factory.
